Bonus pick: Sell to Open AGNC April $31.00 Put @$2.35 Limit
BETHESDA, Md., March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/

American Capital Agency Corp. (Nasdaq:AGNC-News)
(“AGNC” or the “Company“) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.40
per share for the first quarter 2011.
The dividend is payable on April 27, 2011 to common shareholders of
record as of March 23,
2011, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2011.

What is our goal?
The trade I just sent you has 4 goals.
1. Get the long stock in our portfolio (we sold the “In the Money” put)
2. We make almost $1.40 in time premium.
3. We get the stock in time to col
lect another $1.40 in dividends.
4. Our cost basis is high enough that we can sell the $28 or $29 calls, and if it gets called away, it shows up as
a loss for tax purposes.
So we are making almost a 10% return on AGNC in very little time.
Worst case senario, The Put expires worthless and we make $2.35 on $3100. A 7.5% Return in 36 days
